Linux troubleshooting

Not able to connect

In case your VPN is not working then please following details in email so that we can analyze the problem properly:

  1. Run following commands as root user and send us the output:
    1. ifconfig
    2. route -n
  2. Screenshot / text output displayed while you are trying to connect to VPN

Note: Ubuntu users need to use 'ubuntu.ovpn' configuration file for vpn to work. The auto-detection downloads 'linux.ovpn' not 'ubuntu.ovpn'.

After connecting not able to open local websites / ssh local computers / etc.
